please pray...

We ask you to please pray for Heidi's family. Her dad died New Years Eve (Sunday early morning). It was very unexpected. He was only 43 or 44. The viewing is on Tuesday 2-4pm & 7-9 pm. The funeral is Wednesday morning at 11 in Pennsylvania.
Please pray for peace and rest.
Thank you so much!

more Chicago memories...

Tim and I got to have a very special day downtown Chicago. It's always so fun every year. We went to Millenium Park and went ice skating. I feel like I'm in a movie when I go there. It's so neat! Then we walked a couple miles to Navy Pier. Looked around, saw the sights, got some ice cream :) and walked back to Millenium Park (where the vehicle was) !!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas times in Chicago!

The new "toy" of the year was Mom's riding bike. He would walk in the room and say "my turn."
It always seemed to be "Braden's turn." :)

The men played a little football.

...more to come....

WE ARE ALIVE!

It has been a crazy time this semester. We were busier than ever, but surviving - hallelujah!
God is so good! Our basketball girls are doing well- we are quite proud of them and we are enjoying coaching them very much. We have more wins then losses! That awesome especially since we have a rebuildling year. Most of our team has never played ball before and the majority are 7th and 8th graders. We are having fun. It's draining, but we are having fun with them.
School is busy as usual....Tim is plugging along with 6th grade and I am doing the best I can with Kindergarten - 10th grade. Yes, that is Kindergarten THROUGH 10th grade :)

School got out on the 15th and we drove to IN on the 16th and spent a few days there with precious friends. It was very refreshing to be with them and to worship at Lifeway. On the 20th we left for IL to spend the rest of our break with Tim's family. We are having a nice time here, as always. The rest of the fam comes in tomorrow (friday)

Dave Jones got to come visit us for a weekend and that was awesome. We had such a good time with him and friends.

Meet our friends : Bert and Christina. They have been a big blessing to us here in SC. We are thankful to God for sending us these friends. It sure is an answer to prayer.

Christina and sweet Cousin Katie
We are thinking of many of you- praying for you- wishing you a Merry Christmas.
